A  daily  corresponding task is to understand and provoke responses from
small minds to compel to your needs. By provoking small  world  horizons
this  is  getting  harder from generation to generation by missing facts
and unlearned cultural memes which are needed for fast and efficient re‐
sponses.  Changing  the  propaganda chain is a hard task and not wanted.
The small world horizon clustering hypothesis is what I  am  going  for.
